In-person and virtual ASL/English Interpreting Services
General availability: Weekdays 8AM-6PM PST
Specialized Services available weekdays after 6PM PST, on weekends, and on federal holidays

All assignments are billed with a two-hour minimum plus 15-minute increments over the two-hour mark according to my current hourly rate.

Cancellations and rescheduled assignments require a 48 hour minimum notice to avoid being billed for the entirety of the scheduled job. Assignments canceled within 5 business days of the assignment will incur 50% of the estimated fees

For in-person assignments: Mileage will be reimbursed at the current IRS rate, parking & tolls reimbursed accordingly. (Quotes available for mileage & tolls)

Any job over 1 hour (virtual or in-person) requires an additional qualified team interpreter unless prior terms have been agreed upon. If there is no qualified team interpreter, the assignment will be considered canceled without notice & billed accordingly. If an exception is made to provide services as a sole interpreter under these circumstances, the hourly rate will be billed at 1.5x the applicable rate.

Payments are due within 30 days of the submitted invoice. A late fee of 15% will be billed for each week past due.
